This year during Lantern Tours at the Ephrata Cloister we will be examining what others thought of the Ephrata Cloister and the members of this community in - Trip Advisor 1750s Style. Once again our Student Historicans will bring the past to life by portraying people who once lived, worked, and this year those that visited Ephrata Cloister. Find out what others liked, or didn't like in the 1750s about this group. Tours will depart the Visitor Center every half hour.
This program requires participants to travel between the historic buildings, most of which are not heated, please dress appropriately for the weather. Some of the pathways might be dark, please feel free to bring a small flashlight.
